| 15 | What do pregnant women need to know? | Up until the 36th week, pregnant women may fly without a medical certificate. |
| 16 | What do I need to know when travelling with a baby? | Baby baskets are available for babies up to the age of 10 months. Baby basket reservations should be made at your travel agency, when booking your flight. |
| 17 | Where can a baby basket be installed? | In the A330, baby baskets can be installed in row 7 C/D/E/F and row 28 C/D/E/F in Economy Class, and in row 1 C/D/F in Business Class. In the A320, baby baskets can only be installed in row 1 D/E/F (Business). |
| 18 | Where can I sit with a wheelchair? | In the A330 you can sit in rows 39/40/41 and 8/9/10 B. In the A320 you can sit in rows 34/35/36 D. |

| 19 | How heavy may checked-in luggage be? | In Economy Class the maximum weight is 20kg. In Business the limit is 30kg. |
| 20 | How heavy may my hand luggage be? | Hand luggage may weigh 8kg at the most. |
| 21 | How large may my hand luggage be? | Hand luggage can be 55x40x20cm at the most. |
| 22 | How much does the transportation of diving equipment cost? | On all flights the baggage allowance is 20kg, which would need to include the diving equipment. Anything beyond that is charged at the excess baggage rate. |
| 23 | What do I need to do if I want to bring a bicycle with me? | Bicycles can be checked-in regularly (we recommend that they be well packed to avoid any damage). The charge for long-haul flights is CHF 250.00. For short-haul flights, the cost is CHF 120.00. |

| 25 | What do I do if my luggage arrives late? | Go to the Swissport counter in Zurich or the travel agency abroad, and fill in a PIR. |
| 26 | What is a PIR? | A PIR is a Passenger Irregularity Report. |
| 27 | What do I need to do if my luggage gets damaged? | Register the damage at the Swissport counter in Zurich/Geneva or abroad and fill in a Passenger Irregularity Report (PIR). |
| 28 | What do I do if something gets stolen from my suitcase? | The best thing is to take out a baggage insurance. Edelweiss Air does not bear any liability for stolen luggage. |

| 29 | Can I take my dog into the aircraft? | Yes, animals are allowed in the passenger cabin. Reservation required. |
| 30 | Are animals given something to drink during the flight? | Unfortunately, animals cannot be given any food or drink, given that they travel in the luggage hold (which is lit and heated). |

| 36 | Is it possible to check-in for Edelweiss flights at an SBB counter (Swiss train station)? | Check-in is possible at most Swiss train stations. Please ask at the respective train station. |
| 37 | When do I have to be at the airport, at the very latest? | Arrival at check-in should be 90 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Boarding starts 30 minutes prior to departure. If you have checked in the evening before, arrival at the airport should be no later than 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. |
| 38 | Is there a flight service for unaccompanied children? | If a child (5 - 12 years) is travelling on his/her own, accompaniment (to the gate and at the flight destination up to customs) can be arranged. This service can be ordered at your travel agency (CHF 80.00 return). |
