Edelweiss Air web check-in – simple, fast and convenient
Our web check-in allows you to check in for your Edelweiss Air flight, choose your seat and subsequently print your boarding card from the comfort of your home.

| Step 1: | The immigration authorities in some countries require additional passenger information at check-in. In particular: Passport or national identity card number, place of issue and expiration date and the date of birth for each passenger. Please make sure that you have passports or national identity cards ready for all travellers before starting web check-in. | |
| Step 2: | Enter your name and flight details to call up your booking. | |
| Step 3: | Confirm/select the flight for check-in. | |
| Step 4: | Select your seat and indicate whether you will be checking in any baggage. | |
| Step 5: | Print your boarding card. |
You have now completed the check-in process. On the printed boarding card you will find all information about the „Bag drop“- desk for baggage check-in, your departure gate and other important details you will need before making your way to the airport. Flight passengers travelling with animals, unaccompanied children and passengers who require assistance receive a check-in confirmation which must be exchanged for a boarding card at the Edelweiss Air baggage check-in desk.
Web check-in is exclusively available for the following passengers:
- Passengers with a confirmed booking who have an electronic ticket or a paper ticket for a flight conducted by Edelweiss Air.
- Passengers who are travelling without an infant (0-2 years).
- Passengers departing from Zurich, Geneva and Heraklion.
- Web check-in is possible from 23 hours until one hour before flight departure.
Passengers who have completed the Web-Check-in at Heraklion are kindly requested to contact the Business Class Counter of Edelweiss Air for dropping off their luggage.
Customers with an LX booking have the possibility to quote their M&M card in order to earn miles. Please note that you must enter the code LH (frequent flyer programme Lufthansa) in the first field and the membership number stated on your Miles & More card (without blank spaces) in the second field. Example: LH 123456789123456 or LH 1234567891234567 (15 or 16 characters).
If you have difficulties to complete web check-in and print the boarding pass, you may check-in by calling the support. Please use the phone number of your airline and departing station listed in the table below. If this should not be possible against expecting, we kindly ask you to check-in at a check-in counter latest 90 minutes before takeoff.
