Edelweiss Air web check-in - simple, fast and convenient

If you have difficulties to complete the web check-in and print the boarding pass, you may check-in by calling the check-in support. Please use the phone number of the departing station listed in the table below. If this should not be possible, we kindly ask you to check-in at he check-in counter latest 90 minutes before takeoff.

Instructions for the web check-in:
The immigration authorities of some countries require additional passenger information at the time of check-in. In particular: Passport or Identity Card number, place of issue and expiration date and the date of birth for each passenger. Please make sure that you have these documents ready for all travellers before starting the web check-in.
Step 1: Enter your name and flight details to call up your booking.
Step 2: Confirm/select the flight for check-in.
Step 3: Select your seat and indicate whether you will be checking in any baggage.
Step 4: Print your boarding card.

You have now completed the check-in process. On the printed boarding card you will find all information about the “Bag drop“- desk for baggage check-in, your departure gate and other important details you will need before making your way to the airport. Flight passengers travelling with animals, unaccompanied children and passengers who require assistance receive a check-in confirmation which must be exchanged for a boarding card at the Edelweiss Air baggage check-in desk.

Web check-in is exclusively available for the following passengers:

• Passengers with a confirmed booking and an electronic ticket for a flight operated by Edelweiss Air.
• Passengers departing from Zurich and Geneva.

Web check-in is possible between 23 hours and one hour before your departure.
