Sporting equipment
To a restricted extent, the transport of sporting equipment (surfboards, bicycles etc.) is possible on our flights.
Please note that all sports equipment exceeding 140cm need to be registrated at your booking office or directly online on our homepage under Services.
We offer more attractive tariffs for online registration. This offer is also valid for the registration of small sport equipment (up to 140cm)
An online registation is possible up to 5 days prior to departure.
All other no defined sports baggages (e.g. dive, kite etc.) will be weighted and measured at the check-in and classified as small, medium or large sports baggage.
Members of the SWISS Golf Traveller may check in 1 set of golfing equipment (max. 23 kg) free of charge.
On flights to Canada, Edelweiss Air transports your fishing rod (packed in a plastic tube) free of charge.
